Q:  When does the Community Development Board meet?

A:  The Community Development Board Meetings are open to the public and are held at 7:00 pm in City Hall, 70 Allen Street, Council Chambers, on the first Tuesday of each month.


Q:  What is the Parks Commission?

A:  The Parks Commission is comprised of five appointed individuals whose primary objective is to set policy and render decisions on park usage.

A:  They meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm at City Hall Room 203, 70 Allen Street, Pittsfield.


Q:  What is the mission of the Pittsfield Commission on Disabilities?

A:  To insure that each individual, regardless of physical or mental disability, have access to City services, programs and activities. To identify, assess and remove barriers that would restrict a person’s access to City services, programs and activities; therefore, allowing for full integration of persons with disabilities.
